Welcome to my collection! After getting married in Japan almost two decades ago, I began to study and collect Japanese art. The most important area of this study has been the authentication of original artworks. In the last decade I have bought and sold hundreds of paintings and have built up an extensive personal collection. My painting of a dragon by Kano Katanobu – 狩野賢信 (1729-1780) premiered at the Cannes Film Festival this year (2024) in the David Cronenberg film “The Shrouds”. In the future, I will be talking to museums about pieces they may wish to acquire.
